§ 01Inquiry & Health History问诊规范
Trace the cause — a four-layer causal inquiry (exposure, root cause, function, phenotype), integrating functional-medicine and traditional-Chinese-medicine history-taking. Not symptom registration.
Multi-omics Measurement检测规范
Measure accurately — integrated multi-omics with at least one molecular-level aging anchor; same-assay, re-testable.
Root-cause Attribution解读规范
Attribution must reach the root-cause layer (hallmarks of aging direction) — stopping at "functional imbalance" does not qualify. Inference is mandatory; measurement is a bonus, never enforced.
Inference Integrity因果推断与验证
Infer with integrity — individualized inference that is registrable, falsifiable and auditable: hypothesis registry · N-of-1 validation · honest review.
Intervention干预规范
Treat the root first — graded prescriptions, one theme per cycle, pre-registered expectations for later review; executable to dose and frequency.
Contribution Review复盘规范
Prove what worked — contribution decomposition with confidence grading, honestly reporting unexplained changes; findings roll into the next cycle.

§ 02Multi-party founding · Secretariat
Founded by research, clinical, industry and practice stakeholders. The secretariat drafts the guides and organizes open review — text editorship follows the W3C model. No membership, no fees.
Self-declaration
Institutions self-declare adoption and are listed in the registry — the secretariat only registers the list and performs no conformity assessment. Module-level adoption — "GHP-100 adopter" — is equally recognized.
Guides independent of products
Compliance never depends on any specific product — the implementations page lists multiple paths, product-free ones included. GHP is a voluntarily adopted good-practice guide — not a standard, not a certification, not an organization.
